With the new Kettler Energy Deck, a new technology has been installed. The damping foam on which the deck is mounted consists of thousands of micro-spheres that have been fused together. This structure absorbs the energy when you step on it and partly gives it back to the runners. This method spares the tendons, muscles and joints and prevents fatigue. The positive side effect is that the structure of the treadmill is less strained and the run is calm.
