Für mich war der größte Pluspunkt, dass ich im Winter nicht mehr nach Bäumen im Park suchen muss. Ich habe das Gestell an einem Nachmittag aufgebaut, was super fix ging, und es steht seitdem absolut felsenfest auf meinem Boden. Wenn ich mich für Kniebeugen auf die Line stelle und das mitgelieferte Stretchband dazu nehme, fangen meine Beine und der Bauch sofort extrem an zu zittern. Man merkt am nächsten Tag richtig, dass Muskeln beansprucht wurden, die man beim normalen Krafttraining sonst überhaupt nicht erwischt.Ich musste allerdings feststellen, dass das Teil mit seinen drei Metern Länge echt ein riesiger Kasten ist. Ich wollte es erst im Wohnzimmer stehen lassen, aber da hat es mir einfach zu viel Platz weggenommen, weshalb es jetzt im Keller steht. Wer aber den Platz erübrigen kann und Bock auf ein richtig intensives Gleichgewichtstraining in den eigenen vier Wänden hat, dem kann ich das Rack echt nur ans Herz legen... [Read more]
